What you will do

• Assess, negotiate, and draft maritime contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Develop and standardize procedures to enhance the efficiency of legal support.
• Support commercial and business development teams with contracting and claims during project execution.
• Advise Global Fleet Services management on business development, partnerships, and collaboration agreements.
• Provide internal training on contracting and legal terms.

Requirements

• Qualified shipping lawyer with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in a maritime environment.
• Specialization in maritime practice, P&I clubs, or similar sectors.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and foster professional relationships.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency (C1+).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Nootdorp, Netherlands.
