Salary: €8,446 – €11,262 per month

What you will do

• Set, implement, and monitor the compliance strategy and local compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute the annual Compliance Operational Plan.
• Advise the Management Board on compliance matters and new regulatory developments.
• Fulfil the role of the Solvency 2 key function holder and local compliance officer.
• Act as the primary contact for regulators (DNB and AFM) and external auditors.
• Promote a strong risk and integrity culture and ensure staff receive compliance training.

Requirements

• Strong expert knowledge of compliance matters and high integrity standards.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators and external auditors.
• Several years of relevant work experience in compliance, audit, or operational risk management.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Business fluency in Dutch is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as the sole representative of the compliance function within NN Re.
