What you will do

• Provide commercially focused legal advice to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, procurement, R&D, and innovation agreements.
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the organisation.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks and support the resolution of disputes.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer under Dutch law.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in contract and corporate law.
• Experience supporting international organisations in a commercial and regulated context.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

• Experience gained in both private practice and in-house settings.
