• Manage customer requests and guide leads regarding services and account management via email and chat.
• Provide technical support to customers during the setup of source code management platform connections.
• Conduct inspections of provided information and draft detailed reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
