What you will do

• Design and build scalable, production-ready AI automation frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Implement technical solutions across agentic architectures, MCP integrations, predictive models, and neural networks.
• Own the full product lifecycle, including solution design, API development, containerization, and deployment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into impactful data products.
• Optimize AI systems to ensure technical excellence and scalable performance for global operations.
• Contribute to the engineering culture by evolving the tech stack and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Strong foundation in GenAI frameworks (LangChain, MCP) and Deep Learning (PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Proficiency in Python, API development (FastAPI), Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• English: Fluent communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
