What you will do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Architect bespoke solutions and provide direct technical support to enterprise customers.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
• Develop technical enablement resources to amplify sales team effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower independent customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development and architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Must be based in Germany or the surrounding area.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
