What you will do
- Drive business growth and maximize profitability through strategic commercial oversight.
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting to ensure profitability and identify efficiencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client leads, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage contract negotiations, redline terms and conditions, and conduct detailed risk assessments.
- Analyze business performance KPIs and pricing trends to advise on strategic decisions.
- Review and optimize company procedures and policies to enhance commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in commercial or operational leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in large-scale B2B projects for industrial applications.
- Strong knowledge of contract terms used in the engineering and construction industry.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge of plant engineering and construction.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical degree.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
