What you will do

• Monitor and analyze the external risk environment, including emerging ICT, AI, and geopolitical threats.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess ICT risks (cybersecurity, data, third-party) in alignment with ISO 27001 and DORA.
• Maintain ICT risk registers and dashboards to support senior management decision-making.
• Develop and optimize ICT risk management processes, methodologies, and internal reporting templates.
• Review and challenge AI risk assessments and contribute to the AI governance framework.
• Promote a strong risk culture and develop mitigation actions across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of higher education in IT, cybersecurity, or risk management (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
• Fluent English proficiency (daily use).
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Understanding of financial regulations such as MiFID, DORA, and NIS 2.
