What you will do

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven testing tools to enhance automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for integrating AI into existing test frameworks and workflows.
• Mentor QA team members on AI tool usage to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Identify and mitigate risks early through proactive testing strategies and robust regression coverage.
• Report quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, US.
• Experience implementing or scaling AI tools in QA environments.
• Expertise in test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
