What you will do

• Lead quality engineering strategy across multiple Agile teams for software delivery and platform operations.
• Define and evolve testing approaches for functional, integration, regression, and release validation.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and release health indicators.
• Guide the adoption of test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates.
• Review requirements and technical designs to ensure testability early in the development lifecycle.
• Mentor QA personnel and drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience supporting API, middleware, data, and end-to-end system testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal healthcare initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and data workflows.
• Experience with accessibility, security, or performance testing.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, or quality engineering.
