What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery.
• Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies including API, UI, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve code testability and product quality.
• Utilize AI tools for intelligent test generation, defect prediction, and test data management.
• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software quality engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Deep hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
• Solid understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and scalable testing architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP or Azure) and relational databases (SQL).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the clinical trial industry or healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with Testrigor and advanced CI/CD pipeline management.
