What you will do

  • Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, test approach, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage QA team members, including both offshore and onshore resources.
  • Oversee execution of system functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate healthcare data accuracy and transformations using standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CDA.
  • Establish and manage defect lifecycle processes and lead triage sessions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data teams to validate reporting outputs and contribute to audit readiness and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
  • 3+ years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting federal healthcare programs (CMS preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare data formats (CDA, HL7, FHIR).
  • ISTQB certifications.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
