Salary: $198,025 - $287,952 per year

What you will do

• Own AI-powered features end-to-end from design through deployment, partnering with product and design teams.
• Implement AI/ML solutions for high-traffic, low-latency, and large-data applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain deployment pipelines for ML services and data pipelines.
• Use monitoring and observability tools to triage alerts and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI features, including data contracts and SLAs.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML and software engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping and operating AI/ML applications in production.
• Experience in GenAI product architecture and system design.
• Understanding of foundation models, including model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, and SQL.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the USA; no immigration sponsorship provided.
