What you will do

• Build AI-powered systems to process voice streams and real-time transcriptions for structured intelligence.
• Engineer high-availability AI pipelines across distributed components for reliable, low-latency workflows.
• Rapidly prototype ML and LLM solutions to validate approaches for complex, ambiguous problems.
• Optimize model architecture and service orchestration to maximize ROI on key pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven capabilities.
• Contribute to visible AI surfaces, shaping the next generation of agentic AI experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing machine learning and NLP systems, including LLM-based architectures.
• Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experiment design, and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++ with strong software engineering skills.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-based AI applications.
• Familiarity with continuous-deployment projects and incremental delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech-to-text systems or real-time audio/voice processing.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or tool-use patterns in LLM systems.
• Experience building low-latency, high-availability ML serving infrastructure.
• Track record of taking ML models from prototype to production at scale.
