TL;DR

SI Partner Manager (SaaS): Managing the full lifecycle of Systems Integrator business in the UK to drive pipeline and revenue through mid-tier SI partners with an accent on partner recruitment and GTM execution. Focus on displacing incumbent ITSM and CX platforms and building a repeatable revenue ecosystem.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Must possess valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Identify, target, and sign mid-tier SI partners aligned to UK ITSM and CX growth priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end partner recruitment process from initial outreach and business case development to contract execution.
  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs to bring new SIs to first-deal-ready status.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, including target verticals, solution plays, and co-sell motions with field teams.
  • Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines using Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and pre-sales to develop SI-specific content and campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or partner management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of recruiting and activating SI partners.
  • Strong understanding of mid-tier SI operations, P&L dynamics, and delivery models.
  • Experience in ITSM, EX, or CX categories; familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM for partner opportunity tracking.
  • Must possess a valid right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Existing network within the UK mid-tier SI community (e.g., Capgemini, CGI, Unisys).
  • Prior experience targeting ServiceNow displacement or competing against legacy ITSM platforms.
  • Experience building net-new SI practices around a vendor platform from an early stage.
  • Background in solution or pre-sales for technical credibility in partner conversations.
