What you will do

• Lead design for Agentic Commerce, shaping strategy and building transformative products for merchants, agents, and consumers.
• Reimagine the consumer checkout experience with agentic commerce capabilities.
• Explore embedding capabilities across conversational LLMs, merchant apps, and the Link product.
• Build tools for merchants of all sizes to integrate and manage products across various AI surfaces.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to explore, shape, and communicate a compelling product vision.
• Work directly with senior leadership to communicate progress and evolve product strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous, horizontal problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Confidence in presenting work to company leadership using compelling storytelling.
• Experience leading peer designers as a design manager or senior IC.
