What you will do

• Manage monthly consolidation of domestic and international subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP.
• Review and document intercompany transactions and balances to ensure proper elimination upon consolidation.
• Analyze the impact of realized and unrealized foreign currency movements on the business.
• Implement AI-based automations and efficiencies within the consolidations process.
• Drive the reduction of the month-end close timeline by streamlining related activities.
• Support year-end financial statement audits and statutory audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience across private and public sectors.
• Active CPA license required.
• Proven track record of managing and developing the careers of direct reports.
• Experience with Big 4 firms and/or SEC-registered companies.
• Advanced Excel skills for manipulating large data sets.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
