Finance Manager, Global Consolidations

Location: New York, New York; hybrid

Base salary: $123,600–$151,850 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage monthly consolidation of domestic and international subsidiary general ledgers under US GAAP.
• Review intercompany transactions and balances and ensure accurate elimination during consolidation.
• Analyze realized and unrealized foreign currency movements and review international reporting packages.
• Assess and improve the consolidation close process, controls, month-end close procedures, and financial reporting timelines.
• Implement AI-based automation and process efficiencies and support ERP improvements, internal controls, and special projects.
• Lead and develop the department while coordinating with business units, finance teams, auditors, and senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including private and public accounting.
• Education or comparable professional experience in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm and/or an SEC-registered company.
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, problem-solving, and large-data analysis skills.

• Direct experience in a global consolidations role.
• Knowledge of or experience with AI tools.
