Finance Manager (Robotics)

Location: Runnemede, New Jersey, United States; on-site. The role requires current authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

hirify.global develops robotic cleaning and commercial automation solutions and operates a U.S. subsidiary supported by an international finance team in Singapore.

What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budget variance, and management reporting by required deadlines.
• Build gross margin and profitability reporting by product, channel, and customer segment, and support pricing and cost-efficiency decisions.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, customer credit reviews, accounts payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and coordinate funding, intercompany transfers, loans, and working capital with Singapore headquarters.
• Manage U.S. multi-state registrations, sales and use tax filings, payroll compliance, annual returns, external CPA coordination, and audit readiness.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, maintain the ERP and chart of accounts, and coordinate intracompany reporting, cross-charges, and warranty cost allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional accounting or finance experience, including 2 years as the most senior finance professional on site and ownership of the full close cycle.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or a comparable ERP platform.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting regulations, financial compliance, and U.S. multi-state statutory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer and successful completion of criminal, civil, and motor vehicle background checks.

Nice to have

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience in a U.S. subsidiary of an international company and coordination with finance teams in Asia-Pacific.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, capital equipment, robotics, or commercial cleaning.
• Experience building finance infrastructure from scratch, including intracompany accounting, transfer pricing, and cross-charge methodologies.
