What you will do

• Own and evolve the UK Carrier Value agenda, developing a pipeline of initiatives that deliver measurable value.
• Identify and prioritize new commercial opportunities using industry trends, data, and partner feedback.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and revenue-generating propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Data teams to land initiatives successfully.
• Build compelling narratives to communicate hirify.global’s value to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to team productivity through the adoption of AI and modern tooling.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in partnerships, marketplaces, travel, or transport sectors.
• Proven track record of taking revenue-driving initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strategic and outcome-focused mindset with attention to practical detail.
• Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and evaluate commercial success.
• Strong communication skills for presenting narratives to senior audiences.
