What you will do

• Serve as the safety committee representative for the OSS team.
• Review and consolidate OSS documents and as-built drawings entering the workflow.
• Monitor overdue workflows and manage the call coverage roster and team calendar.
• Handle change orders, budget management, and invoice reviews for OSS contract support.
• Conduct risk analysis and manage Semco inventory.
• Track and resolve non-conformity reports (NCRs) and technical queries (TQs).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Richmond, Virginia
• Associate degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• Competency in engineering principles, practices, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as Matlab and Excel.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
