Project Engineer (Pharma)

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule all phases of engineering activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Oversee Engineering Company activities across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project scope and specifications.
• Manage design documentation and track engineering status in collaboration with Document Control teams.
• Organize project field surveys and ensure proper documentation of data analysis.
• Coordinate vendor document submittals and oversee the review of subcontractor RFIs and material submittals.
• Review cost and schedule progress reports to ensure timely project execution within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of design/engineering experience supporting capital projects, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or Cell & Gene Therapy sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $20M.
• Knowledge of GMP Manufacturing environments is required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is strongly preferred.
