What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise Power BI analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Create optimized dataflows and complex calculations using Tabular Editor, Power Query, and DAX.
• Apply human-centered design (HCD) and WCAG 2/508 accessibility standards to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
• Implement governance, security controls, and Row Level Security (RLS) in compliance with client needs.
• Develop reusable assets and standards for the internal Data and AI consulting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, UX Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and SQL or equivalent query languages.
• Experience in a consulting or enterprise delivery environment with direct client engagement.
• Eligible to work in environments handling sensitive government or healthcare data.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certifications: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure analytics services (Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake Storage).
• Advanced proficiency with Tabular Editor for semantic model lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom visuals using Deneb or similar frameworks.
