Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze large structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and visualizations using Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems including SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve internal data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing optimized queries in Snowflake.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
