Location: Remote, must be based in Canada

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver end-to-end user experiences from concept to implementation.
• Design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design intent to stakeholders.
• Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to understand user behaviors.
• Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex problems related to data management and platform interactions.
• Leverage and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency across platform experiences.
• Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business priorities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or product design.
• Experience designing digital products, workflows, or interfaces for web, desktop, or platform-based applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and common UX methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience with a strong UX portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in B2B, SaaS, or technically complex environments.
• Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces or AEC-related tools (e.g., BIM concepts or Autodesk products).
• Curiosity about AI-driven tools and automation.
