What you will do

• Design and operationalize research systems, frameworks, and infrastructure to empower independent research initiatives across the organization.
• Lead complex end-to-end research initiatives, from scoping and participant recruitment to synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
• Provide consultation and guidance to designers and PMs on research methodology and output quality.
• Equip the FDE team with tools and tactics for capturing and distilling structured customer feedback into roadmap insights.
• Partner with Product Managers to define measurable hypotheses and analyze post-delivery analytics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research with a track record of influencing product decisions.
• Proven experience establishing research infrastructure (repositories, templates, research ops) from scratch.
• Strong collaborative skills working with designers, PMs, and Engineers.
• Ability to distill complex signals into crisp, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers through in-person sessions and interviews.
• Technical literacy in AI and enterprise software concepts.
