What you will do

  • Manage and support a portfolio of large retail partners and single-vendor businesses across multiple categories.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, from store managers and franchisees to senior commercial teams.
  • Support the onboarding of new retail partners to the hirify.global platform.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Sales, Ads, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or retail partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills for working with senior business stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with confidence in driving conversations around business performance.
  • Highly proactive and resilient, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
