What you will do

• Clean and maintain accurate company and contact records within HubSpot to ensure data reliability.
• Enrich prospect and customer data using tools like Clay to assist in target account prioritization.
• Support outbound campaigns by preparing segmented lists and verifying data quality.
• Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify process gaps and transform raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, marketing, data, economics, or a related field.
• Available for 24 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail and a preference for organized, clean data.
• Comfortable learning new systems; experience with HubSpot, Clay, and Google Sheets is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
