What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional feature designs and delivery roadmaps.
• Support product delivery and implementation activities in close collaboration with Product Managers and IT teams.
• Develop and deliver merchant acquiring services across Point-of-Sale and E-Commerce environments.
• Contribute to feature refinement, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure compliant product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Analyst within Cards, Payments, or Merchant Acquiring environments.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce payments, merchant acquiring, and payment processing ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to bridge business and IT teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
