Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, NL). Must be based in the Netherlands or be open to moving there, and hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN).

What you will do

• Map operational areas, document processes, and create enablement materials for the sales team.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including troubleshooting and updates.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Analyze workflows to identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate on data audits and reporting to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Create guides to help the sales team adopt CRM best practices.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Sales Operations, RevOps, and CRM systems.
• Background in Business, Data, or Technical studies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in the Netherlands or be willing to relocate there.
• Must hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN).

• Prior experience with Salesforce.
