What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and ensure strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Maintain medical supply inventories and receive shipments according to DEA procedures.
• Coordinate courtesy and vacation dose packages and train new nursing staff.
• Ensure the treatment center meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Document medication discrepancies and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.

Requirements

• Licensed as RN (preferred) or LPN/LVN in the state of TN
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuge, and other medical assessment tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
• Phlebotomist certification.
