What you will do

• Assess patient responses and implement nursing care plans within an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and health services.
• Assign and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff based on patient needs and skill levels.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in department-specific quality improvements.
• Provide clinical feedback and mentoring to peers to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition, notifying physicians and supervisors as required.

Requirements

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
