What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to develop marketing strategies that drive advertising revenue for Retail and Financial Services accounts.
• Lead client proposal development, ensuring solutions are distinct, relevant, and tailored to specific brand briefs.
• Manage custom solution creation from strategy and proposal through pre-sale project management and feasibility vetting.
• Act as the central liaison between Sales and internal teams including Marketing, Talent Relations, Events, and Legal.
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners to ensure comprehensive and executable proposals.
• Manage internal communications regarding package availability, podcast conflicts, and exclusivity considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales strategy, integrated marketing, or brand solutions.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated experience developing multi-platform marketing strategies and custom proposals (RFPs).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate strategy into compelling client-facing narratives.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage complex internal coordination across multiple stakeholders and timelines.

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gamma for ideation and efficiency.
