TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy (Entertainment): Defining positioning, audience targets, and strategic frameworks for Peacock titles and initiatives with an accent on turning complex insights into high-impact marketing strategies. Location: Hybrid (New York) - requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead marketing strategy for select Peacock titles, defining positioning, audience targets, and campaign objectives.
  • Synthesize research, cultural insights, and performance data into clear takeaways that inform campaign direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, and Decision Sciences teams to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Translate strategy into effective execution guidance across creative, media, and other platform touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling presentations and strategic narratives for senior leadership reviews.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining project tracking for multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or entertainment marketing, preferably in streaming or media.
  • Proven track record of building successful marketing strategies and connecting data to business objectives.
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix-style organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be based in New York to comply with the hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days per week in office).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with project management systems like Airtable.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as MRI and Nielsen data.
  • Experience managing brand and agency relationships.
