What you will do

• Manage the design, implementation, and tuning of game system features.
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and artists to bring features from concept to final polish.
• Articulate design concepts and workflows through structured documentation and presentations.
• Evolve the overall gameplay vision in partnership with the Game Director and Lead Game Designers.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to foster a high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing game systems, specifically world, narrative, UI, or mission systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of design features from idea to implementation.
