TL;DR
Senior Game Designer (Gamedev): Building and refining core gameplay and progression systems for theHunter: Call of the Wild with an accent on systems design, economy, and open-world mechanics. Focus on iterating features based on community feedback, collaborating across disciplines, and pushing the game into new territory.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Collaborate with designers, artists, animators, programmers, and QA to deliver features from conception to release.
- Analyze player community trends to generate new ideas and expand existing game systems.
- Own the end-to-end design process for specific features.
- Iterate on gameplay mechanics based on direct player feedback.
- Create viable design solutions and documentation for production.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of systems design, progression, and economy.
- Experience working on an Open World game.
- Proven ability to contribute to releasable gameplay in a production environment.
- Confidence in presenting new ideas and design solutions.
- English proficiency required for application and CV.
Nice to have
- Experience with shooters or ballistic systems design.
