Salary: $115,000 – $134,000 a year

What you will do

• Design and deliver the Story Quest replacement, including objectives, pacing, mission flow, and narrative integration.
• Define and document the end-to-end production process, including tooling and templates for efficient scaling.
• Codify mission design knowledge into a written methodology to ensure the team retains specialized knowledge.
• Collaborate with Encounter Designers, Narrative, and Production teams to translate concepts into shipped content.
• Iterate and tune content based on internal feedback, playtests, and player data to define success metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of game design experience on FTP properties, specifically focusing on quest, mission, or campaign structure.
• Must be based in Vancouver and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
• Demonstrated ownership of shipped mission-based content in a live or large-scale game.
• Significant experience and familiarity with Marvel Contest of Champions' economy and gameplay.
• Bachelor's degree in game design, narrative design, or a related field.
