What you will do

• Design and implement enemy behaviors and stimuli to create fun and interesting gameplay experiences.
• Balance and tweak enemy difficulty to ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate with world designers to establish optimal conditions for enemy performance.
• Develop core enemy systems, including pathfinding, behavior trees, states, and transitions.
• Work cross-disciplinary with animators and coders to implement gameplay features.
• Collaborate with production leadership to define project scope, estimates, and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game design, with shipped titles preferred.
• Proven experience in designing enemy and NPC systems for games.
• Strong grasp of AAA PvP & PvE gameplay, player psychology, and UX design.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine, specifically Blueprints and scripting.
• Familiarity with coding, animation, physics, and 3D art pipelines.
• Professional English communication skills.
