TL;DR

Business Development Representative (IoT): Driving direct and indirect revenue growth within Mid-market and Enterprise accounts with an accent on complex, consultative sales strategies. Focus on leveraging AI capabilities to augment selling activities, managing complex sales cycles, and building deep expertise in the telematics and fleet management industry.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia (USA). The role follows a flexible hybrid model.

What you will do

  • Manage an assigned list of mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities to achieve ARR growth targets.
  • Build and implement strategic sales plans to generate new revenue.
  • Document all sales engagements and strategies within Salesloft and SFDC.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to align enterprise sales activities.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the telematics industry and competitive landscape.
  • Attend trade shows and speak at conferences to build brand presence and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
  • Proven track record in expansion sales within the telematics or fleet management industry.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesloft and SFDC.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
