What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of social and online features.
• Define and develop the game’s live structure, establishing systems and workflows for live activity.
• Collaborate on recurring live content to support daily player engagement.
• Work hands-on with game systems from prototyping to final implementation and balancing.
• Coordinate gameplay dependencies with third-party systems and platform integrations.
• Mentor designers, maintain quality standards, and foster team growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience in AAA game development with at least one shipped title.
• Proven experience designing and delivering online features and systems.
• Strong understanding of social systems, matchmaking, and engagement mechanics.
• Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on content creation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive features to final quality.

• Experience working on AAA live games or live operations pipelines.
