What you will do

• Own the end-to-end communications stack including architecture, configuration, and governance.
• Build and maintain technical lifecycle flows, integrations, and automations.
• Proactively identify and execute revenue opportunities like upsell, win-back, and churn reduction.
• Leverage AI to optimize messaging skills and communication strategies.
• Develop playbooks and documentation to enable cross-functional teams to work independently.
• Act as the internal expert for communication systems and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical lifecycle, CRM, growth, or marketing ops role.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Retell AI.
• Strong technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and event-based data models.
• Genuine interest in AI and experience maintaining AI-driven agents or skills.
• Revenue-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data signals into business impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams as a peer.
