What you will do
- Define and evolve the Core HR narrative as a foundational part of the People Platform for the AI era.
- Translate complex people data, workflows, and employee experiences into clear, differentiated customer value.
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, demo narratives, battlecards, and value-based talk tracks.
- Support GTM strategy for Core HR launches, roadmap moments, and cross-product stories.
- Conduct market and competitive research to understand trends in AI, automation, and compliance within HR.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to continuously refine messaging and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading product marketing efforts in a tech company.
- Proven experience working in global SaaS environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into value-based messaging and storytelling.
- English: Native or near-native (C2) proficiency required.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech or B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and strategic thinking.
- Background in sales enablement or growth marketing.
