What you will do
- Drive brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Set creative direction for campaigns, lifecycle CRM, and in-product experiences.
- Own the end-to-end creative production process, managing agencies, freelancers, and internal resources.
- Develop content architecture and write all customer-facing copy, from campaign headlines to UI microcopy.
- Lead the strategic direction and content of CRM and lifecycle communications (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp).
- Manage organic social strategy and identify brand partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or content leadership, preferably in consumer or travel brands.
- Proven expertise in creative and art direction with a professional portfolio.
- Native English proficiency for high-level editorial and copywriting tasks.
- Experience building long-term brand architectures, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Braze, or Klaviyo.
- Proactive use of AI tools to scale content production and increase creative velocity.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, lifestyle, or experience-led categories.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand through a significant growth phase.
