What you will do

  • Set, optimize, and scale Google and Bing search campaigns to achieve business KPIs.
  • Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Product teams to optimize every step of the acquisition funnel.
  • Work with creative and content teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Initiate, structure, and measure AB tests on landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities to scale user acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns.
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in exact science, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, or business.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient approach with a "can-do" and hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with other acquisition channels beyond search.
