hirify.global is a leading IT platform provider that integrates RMM, help desk, and patch management with autonomous AI agents to streamline IT operations for organizations worldwide.

What you will do

  • Develop industry-specific messaging frameworks tailored to enterprise buyer pain points and compliance needs.
  • Train sales teams on competitive positioning and vertical-based messaging.
  • Create a comprehensive sales enablement library including pitch decks, ROI calculators, and objection guides.
  • Plan and host a recurring thought leadership webinar series featuring industry and academic experts.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer story program, including case studies and video testimonials.
  • Define and track KPIs related to content utilization, webinar conversion, and sales win rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience targeting C-level/VP buyers in Enterprise.
  • Proven track record in building vertical messaging for enterprise technology products.
  • Hands-on experience producing sales enablement assets and ROI tools.
  • Active, fluent use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) for marketing and sales asset production is a hard requirement.
  • Native English proficiency, written and spoken.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI or AI agent products to enterprise buyers.
  • Background in ITSM, cybersecurity, or adjacent enterprise IT software.
  • Experience building vertical go-to-market strategies across multiple industries.
  • Track record supporting enterprise sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
