Location: Remote (Canada or United States). Must be able to travel frequently within the US to support customers during key engagements and go-lives.

What you will do

• Conduct deep discovery sessions to analyze customers' network environments, including CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS layers.
• Document network topologies and business process flows, highlighting constraints, dependencies, and design assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to qualify prospects and translate requirements into tailored solution designs.
• Build and implement operational workflows leveraging the hirify.global workflow builder.
• Provide architecture oversight during onboarding and influence the product roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
• Define requirements for software engineers to develop network provisioning automations based on your designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience with industry certifications.
• Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
• Ability to code and develop workflows in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, or Sales Engineer within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel frequently within the US to support customer engagements.
