Workflow Solutions Engineer (Telecom)

Location: Remote in Canada; frequent travel in the US is required for customer engagements and go-lives.

What you will do

• Conduct network discovery sessions covering CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS layers.
• Document network topologies, business process flows, integrations, constraints, dependencies, and design assumptions.
• Translate customer network requirements into scalable solutions and build workflows with the platform’s workflow builder.
• Provide architecture oversight during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, and Engineering to align solutions and influence the product roadmap.
• Drive requirements for network provisioning automations to software engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with industry certifications.
• Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
• Ability to understand and code workflows in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar professional in B2B SaaS.
• Strong presentation, communication, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently in the US for customer engagements and go-lives.
