What you will do

• Lead a team of 3–4 developers, conducting daily standups and service review meetings.
• Ensure the operational stability of client AWS environments through monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Execute change requests and infrastructure updates using CloudFormation and Serverless Framework templates.
• Collaborate with clients on roadmap planning and translate business needs into actionable backlog items.
• Mentor junior developers on technical skills and managed services disciplines, including documentation and SLAs.
• Contribute to internal MSP best practices, tooling, and playbooks to improve service quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development experience with a strong focus on Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS services.
• Expert knowledge of AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, and VPC.
• Experience in managed services or operational support environments (SLA and incident management).
• Proficiency in Agile and ITSM methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Serverless Framework.
• Python development experience.
• Familiarity with observability tools like CloudWatch.
• Background in Amazon Connect or contact center technology.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Lex, including LLM prompt engineering.
