What you will do

• Align IT, Security, and BA functions to ensure shared visibility and proactive dependency management.
• Own roadmap tracking, budget management, and vendor procurement workflows for the technical stack.
• Drive the internal adoption and rollout of AI tools like Robin, establishing effective feedback loops.
• Interface with the AI Enablement development team to prioritize backlogs and scope internal AI solutions.
• Coordinate AI risk management, including vendor reviews, policy rollouts, and audit readiness.
• Prepare executive narratives, metrics, and status reports for the EVP and senior management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, program management, or BizOps, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional operations with senior stakeholders.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools used daily in a work context (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written communication skills for creating crisp executive alignment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of how IT and Security functions operate.
• Familiarity with Business Applications (BA) and business systems.
