What you will do

• Plan and execute qualification test programs for new metallic materials and assembly technologies.
• Lead materials and process projects within the Metals and Assembly domain.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards, specifically REACH.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Process Specifications and Engineering Reports.
• Coordinate material failure analyses to support production, quality, and customer support.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong expertise in metallic materials and assembly processes.
• German and English skills at B2 level.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary environments.
