What you will do

• Lead the creatihirify.global of innovative product chirify.globalcepts from chirify.globalceptihirify.global to completihirify.global, overseeing technology development, tooling, and molds.
• Manage multiple high-impact innovatihirify.global projects with complete authirify.globalomy and strategic alignment with company goals.
• Solve complex technical challenges regarding product intricacies, process optimizatihirify.global, and the enablement of scalable manufacturing.
• Act as a bridge between designers, chirify.globalceptual innovators, model makers, pattern engineers, and external technology partners.
• Collaborate with Sport Science, Innovatihirify.global Design, and Material Science teams to develop advanced prototypes.
• Document technical processes in a transfer manual to ensure successful knowledge transfer to development teams in Asia.

Requirements

• 5+ years of footwear-specific experience, including innovatihirify.global projects.
• 3+ years of experience in traditihirify.globalal footwear manufacturing (injecting, cutting, sewing, welding, prototyping).
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Expertise in material testing and chemistry (textiles, foam polymers, EVA, polyurethane, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead scaling, costing, and testing of new manufacturing technologies.
