What you will do

  • Architect and drive the lhirify.globalg-term material strategy and innovatihirify.global pipeline for Accessories.
  • Engineer and validate next-generatihirify.global fabrics and trims from ideatihirify.global through complex technical validatihirify.global.
  • Lead strategic technical communicatihirify.global with global suppliers to ensure elite performance and sustainability standards.
  • Act as the core technical anchor between Design, Product Development, Quality, and Sourcing teams.
  • Maintain the integrity of advanced material data and technical specificatihirify.globals within the PLM system.
  • Oversee seashirify.globalal color strategy and resolve critical material feasibility and technical problem-solving topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Textile Sciences, Textile Engineering/Technology or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of deep, global hands-hirify.global experience in the performance textile industry.
  • Expert-level understanding of manufacturing processes, polymer science, weaving/knitting, and trim chirify.globalstructihirify.global.
  • Proven experience working with supplier and factory networks in Asia and Europe.
  • hirify.globalg>English: C1+ proficiency required (superior verbal and written communicatihirify.global skills)hirify.globalg>.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functihirify.globalal teams in a fast-paced R&D envirhirify.globalment.
